Retail Sales Associate - Grafletics, Bend

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be working to generate sales and cultivate customer loyalty by building relationships through exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for ensuring a tidy, clean and organized apparel shop and being the conduit of our brand experience and core values. You'll work directly with our Store Manager to complete cross-functional tasks and the goals we set for the store. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity for learning and professional development in a small business environment.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Displays an enthusiasm for our product and customers who visit the store
• Always approachable and treats our staff and customers with respect
• Becomes a master of providing guidance to our customers through genuine interactions, product recommendations, fit and style, and customer loyalty programs.
• Communicates customer feedback, provides internal product recommendations
• Replenish inventory
• Keeps the shop fresh, executes our merchandising standards
• Offers style advice, knowledgeable on trends and our products
• Accountable, owns mistakes when they happen, desire to learn and grow
• Performs cash register duties
Job Requirements:
• One year of retail or athletic/outdoor industry experience
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift merchandise
• A passion for Central Oregon and its active lifestyle
Compensation:
This is a part-time position with pay of $10-$12 an hour.
