For the job for retail associate, we are looking for the following:

Qualifications & pay:

• High School Diploma or higher
• Starting at $15/hr with pay bump after 90 days and performance based incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing responsibilities
• Folding and merchandising products and store displays
• Greeting, selling, and explaining product to customers
• Fulfilling orders and POs
• Keeping a clean and presentable store
• Contributing to company Social Media accounts
• Providing feedback on merchandising, sales, and buying patterns.

Desired Experience and Skills:

• A demonstrated history of a strong work ethic 
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Past retail experience
• Social media and marketing experience
